Hi All,

If you have noticed since the past year, all commercial vehicles have a
sticker "Aduan LPKP, SMS 39900 tol free 1800 88 9600".

I would like to know what is the objective of these? To report if accident
occur with commercial vehicles? To be honest, if accident happened to me, I
won't be bothered to report this to LPKP, but to police instead.

So I thought the reason would be reporting to LPKP for reckless driving?
I've once reported about a commercial vehicle for reckless driving, and my
question is, will LPKP take action to these reports?

I was told by one of their call center staff, if you want to complain, call
the toll free, they dont really bother to entertain SMS.

I believe most of the road users does not aware of the existance and
objectives of LPKP. Can anyone enlighten us of this?

Everytime the G do something, there is always the lack of enforcement. All
hoo-hah and later abandoned. When asked abt Msian's commercial governing,
oh, yes. We have this, we have that. But does it really work? Have the
measures taken being effectively enforced? Is it effective?
At one time the LPKP asst.minister was all gung-ho on it. Now, hardly see
his face in the news.
LPKP on commercial vehicles, I guess is another regulations created to
make someone rich - the legal way !
all bulls..

Once I tried SMSing that LPKP number to report a bus that was driving

3 minutes later I got a reply SMS saying the system was down or something.
