What are the other
conditions governing the registration policy and
procedure? |

Change of
course date, facilitator and venue
- Autoworld reserves the right to make alternative arrangements for the above without prior notification, should it be necessary to do so in your interests.
- Autoworld shall not be responsible for any extra expenses incurred by you as a result of an alternative arrangement made thereby.

Change of
course fee
- Autoworld reserves the right to alter the course fees without prior notification.
- Autoworld shall not demand the increase of fees from you if you have been accepted (with fees fully paid) for a particular course.
- Correspondingly, no demand for refund of fees already paid will be entertained.

Can I transfer, substitute
or withdraw after registration? |

| If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is allowed at no extra charge. Please provide the name and the title of the substitute delegate at least one (1) week prior to the course. |

| Withdrawal |

Fees paid are strictly non refundable, however replacements and representatives are allowed upon notification in writing to the organizer at least one (1) week prior to the course. |
