Terms and Conditions :

1. Participating in the “Autoworld Search & Click with Rike Cool Contest” is entirely voluntary and no purchase is necessary.
2. Entry is open to all Autoworld Members only.
3. Employees of Autoworld.com.my Sdn Bhd, RIKE COOL Marketing Sdn Bhd and members of their immediate family are not entitled to participate.
4. The contest starts on 2nd June 2008 and will run until midnight of 1st July 2008.
5. All entries must be submitted within the stipulated contest start and end date.
6. Autoworld or RIKE COOL will not accept and entertain any late or lost entries or points.
7. By participating in the Contest, you expressly consent for your particulars to be posted on Autoworld.com.my.
8. Entries posted through fake accounts, accounts violating our general terms and conditions, non-email-activated account or more than one account per person proved beyond doubt will be disqualified from the contest without prior notice.
9. Points accummulated by any other means than actually clicking on the logo at Autoworld.com.my website will be disqualified without prior notice.
10. Winners will be notified by email and published on the Autoworld website.
11. Each participant will be restricted to one prize only.
12. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or any other available prizes.
13. Autoworld.com.my reserves the right to provide a prize of similar value should any of the published prizes is not available.
14. All winners must claim their prizes within 30 days from the announcement date at a designated location to be advised, after which the prizes will become the property of Autoworld.com.my. Autoworld.com.my reserves the right to forfeit the winner of the prize if the winner fails to claim the prize within 30 days without prior notice.
15. All winners will be required to provide their personal details as proof to claim their prizes, which should include their name, I.C number, address (please take note that P.O.Box is not accepted), mobile contact number and signature.
16. Autoworld.com.my will only use your personal details for the purposes of administering this Contest, and will not publish them or provide them to anyone else without your permission.
17. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
18. Autoworld.com.my further reserves the exclusive rights to change, amend, delete or add on to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice to you and shall become effective when its published online here. You agree to be bound by such amendments.
19. Autoworld.com.my reserves the right to cancel the Contest (and any associated exhibition or event) at any stage, if deemed necessary in our opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of our control.
20. Autoworld.com.my shall not be liable of any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of a prize, or from participation in the Contest.
