This
campaign is open to all Malaysian citizens from 1st
September to 30th December 2005. |
| 2. |
Employees
of Autoweb Sdn Bhd, Carbideco Leather Industry Sdn Bhd, and
immediate families are NOT eligible to participate. |
| 3. |
Only
Autoworld members who have successfully verified their handphone
numbers using our Autoworld Handphone Verification System and
is awarded  "Handphone Verified Member" status are eligible
for the lucky draw prizes. |
| 4. |
Autoworld
members need to send the SMS to the designated short code 36006.
They will be charged the standard charges per SMS request for
an activation code onto their mobile phones. To obtain the activation
code, there will be an additional charge of RM2.00 upon delivery
of the code by Autoworld/service provider to the member's handphone. |
| 5. |
Autoweb
Sdn Bhd and Carbideco Leather Industry Sdn Bhd will NOT be responsible
and liable if any SMS cannot be delivered due to Participating
Network Operators' connection issues, arising from out of coverage
areas, traffic congestions & etc. |
| 6. |
Winning
Criteria:
A) 16 x Weekly Prize - The total unique qualified (Handphone
verified Autoworld members ) entries received in a week will
be divided by sixteen (16) to derive the winning SMS entry for
the Weekly Prize. The winning entry will be the closest, lowest
whole number that results after the stated division.
B) 4 x monthly Grand prize - The total unique qualified
(Handphone verified Autoworld members ) entries received in
a month will be divided by Four (4) to derive the winning SMS
entry for the Grand Prize. The winning entry will be the closest,
lowest whole number that results after the stated division.
One week is from Saturday to Friday (except for the the first
week which starts from 1st - 9th Sept, and last week from 17th
- 30th Dec.) |

Weekly
Prize's winners will be notified on the following week. Grand
Prize's winners will be notified on the 1st week of the following
month. All winners will be notified thru email and winner list
will also be displayed at Autoworld website. Winners must provide
original new IC as proof of identity (name and NRIC number in
NRIC must match with your Autoworld registration details). |

Prizes
are not exchangeable for other items and not transferable to
other individuals. |

The
eligibility of the prizes is subject to:
A) Winners being contactable and/or reply via email within 3
working days after the date of winners selection.
B) The member's account must also be active at the point of
the winner announcements.
C) The member's account is "Handphone Verified" as at date of collection of prize.
Otherwise, the prizes will be given
to the subsequent qualified winners. |
| 10. |
Each
winner is only entitled to one prize. ALL PRIZES ARE NOT
REDEEMABLE FOR CASH. Prize sponsors reserve the right to replace
any prize with other items of equal value at anytime without
prior notice. |
| 11. |
Prize
winners can claim their prizes at Autoweb Sdn Bhd office at
Level 3A, Wisma Hong Leong, 18 Jalan Perak, 50450 Kuala Lumpur.
All unclaimed prizes, after ONE (1) month from the end date
of the Lucky Draw, will be returned to the respective sponsors,
and prize winners will automatically be void. Appeal or claims
will not be entertained thereafter. |

Any
cost incurred in collecting the prizes from Autoweb Sdn Bhd
will be borne by the prize winners. |
| 13. |
Organizers'
decision is final. NO correspondence or any form of enquiry
and/or complaint will be entertained.

Organizer's
or Prize sponsors reserve the right to publish or display userid, registration details or photographs
of winners of this campaign for advertising and publicity purposes.

All
terms and conditions apply. By participating in this campaign,
all participants are deemed to have agreed to this terms and
conditions and have consented to receive updates from Autoweb
