Edaran Tan Chong Motor Sdn Bhd (ETCM) held a ground breaking ceremony to officiate the start of construction of the first Nissan 3S centre in Kuching, Sarawak. The new facility sits on a 1.58-acre land located at the intersection of Jalan Pending and Jalan Sungai Priok.

The facility will have a total built-up area of 35,200 sq ft, and it will serve as the regional headquarters for ETCM's operations in Sarawak. Featuring Nissan's latest Retail Visual Identity (corporate identity), the facility's sales area will have space for displaying up to 8 vehicles at any one time, and the comforts of a customer lounge complete with a coffee bar, widescreen television, and free wi-fi. For after sales, there are 16 service bays capable of accommodating up to 50 cars per day.

ETCM’s Executive Director Dato’ Dr. Ang Bon Beng said, “The construction of Nissan 3S showroom is in line with our business expansion plan in East Malaysia. We aim to provide a higher level of customer satisfaction through our integrated facility and enhanced hospitality. Our customers can also look forward to ETCM’s rapid introduction of new models in Malaysia.”
